Re: The Future of 5e
Perkins retires. A not surprising end of Era. Seemed like this was the direction when he stepped down in the fall. https://www.belloflostsouls.net/2025/04/dd-chris-perkins-retires-from-wotc-leaving-on-a-fairytale-ending.html And Crawford is gone too now. So Perkins, Mearls, Crawford, and the whole ...

Re: Dungeons & Lasers VII: Porthaven
WTF? That’s not cool.
Remind whatever your body has decided to do that you get one extra month per mini….thems the rules, I don’t make them up, but I sure do try to live to them.

Re: D&D Onslaught - Miniatures Skirmish Game
I’m on the fence about getting a Frogmire Coven set. I used magnets to make my froghemoth fairly modular, but with another set I’d just glue them all together. I could also use an extra set of bullywugs.

Re: D&D Onslaught - Miniatures Skirmish Game
Agreed. That price is a bit high for one Medium sized mini with swappable parts. I mean, in comparison, the also parts-swapping Potato Head Beholder is 25$ and that is a Large. I understand Onslaught also comes with cards and instructions, of course. Btw, has been quite a while that we have seen an...

Re: What did you buy this week?
Haven't posted in a while cuz we got busy after moving to Warsaw. Here's something recent: not a "buy" but a trade, with none other than BBShockwave! https://i.imgur.com/Ujstwe7.jpeg We're loving these Pathfinder minis. The fact that we have no idea what they are helps even more with maki...

Re: D&D Exclusive Pixie promo on DnDMini
So a trick that I’ve found, put some items in your cart, up to the value needed for the promo. Then wait on it for a couple days. Without fail, WizKids will send you an email saying “Did you forget about your order?” Ignore this one. Wait another day or so and they will send you another email saying...

Re: D&D Exclusive Pixie promo on DnDMini
I’d love to get one, but having to buy $50 of product that is overpriced (compared to the other online sources) just doesn’t sit right.

The new treant looks pretty good with the old ones. He’s a little shorter and thinner, but not by a ton.

Re: D&D Classic Collection: Monsters S-T
The Salamander is the only good one in my opinion....and I expect it to be the $25+ mini from this set VERY quickly. Looking at the sold quantities, it actually seems to be the least popular. Even though I love the look of most of these 1E miniatures, I think there are few actual 1E players left. I...

Re: D&D Icons of the Realms: Adventures from Baldur's Gate (Set 35) and Baldur's Gate 3 - Characters Set
Looking through the set list again, the only one I'm not eager for is the Shambling Mound. It's an ok mini, but we just have had too many of them lately. The rest of the set is great! You know, I'm actually selling mine from Phandelver. The color is so intense, it's just not for me. Agree! Not a fa...

Re: D&D Icons of the Realms: Adventures from Baldur's Gate (Set 35) and Baldur's Gate 3 - Characters Set
Pretty happy here. Got my shambling mound, a couple of each goblin (with a separate order for other goblins so I can chop off the ugly BG heads and replace them). There were only 2 merregon left, so I’ll grab another 4-6 of those, as well as a bulette and maybe a few justicars.

Re: Large Skeleton?
The maggotcrown ogre is super sweet, if you don’t mind slapping on a little paint.
