They’re from Monster Fight Club, part of the Pond Accessories set. It’s difficult to find now, but came with the turtles, snakes lily pads and more.

They make an unusual band of foes, which is probably part of why everyone grabbed them and is holding on to them.

I have made many purchases from them, all with great success. I especially like that the break up non-blind booster sets to sell as singles.
