I still don't know how to best use a Gas Spore at the table. I would start by putting out a Beholder Miniature, I think. Roll Initiative, but with 13 HP it would die after one hit, meaning switching it out doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's only CR 1/4, barely mobile, pathetic attack modifier....

Depending on how long tariffs stay in place, the net effect could well be fewer and more expensive new minis made. If that occurs I imagine the used market will flourish as an alternative source of minis. At least you have that going for you.
