Ah sorry, my mistake...
At first I contacted them here. The automatic mail response said the same thing - go to the website, register, start the replacement process. But it also mentioned "for other questions email us at customerservice@wizkids.com" - so I did that and described my issue with how I cannot make the request due to the set missing. I got my response to that one.

So I got a mail saying "Neca has sent you a package" - along with a tracking number. No email from Wizkids, but considering I did not order anything from Neca in the past months, I am assuming they have sent my replacement Seahorse.
EDIT: I went back to the replacement request site, and indeed my request is logged as "replacement sent". 8-)
They added a note saying: "Admin Note: No stock of Locathah Hunter sending another figure of same rarity." Ah well that headless one was not as important, I just hope they did send the Seahorse.

Got a couple pack of unpainted quicklings this week and one of them did not have a arm.
Just an open socket hole, checked the pack and no arm to be found.

oh well I guess it will add some variety to my evil speedy fey group.

Thank you for the email to send to.

Took me some time to find the free time to send something, but was finally able to and got a response.

Seems the replacement team was running more than several months behind due to errors with the previous guard and the new staff coming in to the shambles. I was on a spreadsheet, but there was no communications on that, wait time or anything.
The staff member assured my replacement was on that list and coming up soon and apologized for the delay and lack of communication.

So it sounds like the current members of the replacement team inherited a bit of a mess and are doing their best to try to catch up, but they were more than 12 months behind.

Likewise. I actually completely forgot about it.
This is too expensive.

Having been the guy who sever times had to take over a clinical study from a previous leader and get it up and running again, I sure can relate to that! :D

So, I have not mentioned it yet, but Guenhwyvar from Family and Foes arrived basically blind - the eye tampographs were applied so much further down from where his eyes were supposed to be, they were practically invisible.
I decided to borrow my mom’s gold paint pen, and drew some new eyes for him, and then used a black ballpoint pen to draw in his pupils!

Poor Gwen!

My Wild Shape 1 Box set I got year+ ago came with nearly animal disfigured :) I'm pretty sure I got the scraps box.

I got lucky, for me only the Cat (which at first glance, I mistook for a small Dog) had a mashed up face...

The replacement Sea Horse arrived, was in a rather large box (they probably do not have small factory boxes) but it and the Sahuagin they sent instead of the headless Locathah Hunter were in bubble wrap and well packed. 8-)

Guess I will have to use the Wizkids replacement site again, problem is, there are no Promo miniatures listed there...
