Some of these look really cool and others not so much. I am disappointed that they went with their winter outfits because some of the outfits are a little too modern looking for me. The star of the set for me is Fjord I really want that mini since his mini makes a perfect half-orc pirate captain.

I like Caleb, Beauregard, Fjord, and Nott. I could probably use Yasha as an erinyes. I'm indifferent to the others. Does this set bring the Critical Role line to a conclusion? I can't think of too many more CR monsters or characters for WizKids to make.

Thanks for the pics. This is even more of an easy skip for me than the previous set. It's like the worst parts of anime mashed into D&D. Especially the blue Tiefling girl. It's just soooo much cringe. Is that a spiked lollipop?
And I have seen these weird chin-paints before in comics and such, looks like the Angel or Aasimar lady has a beard. LOL.
The Human wizard girl is more or less normal looking, at least. The Dwarf lady I suppose is a druid, but what druid would use a crossbow? And a Dwarf with antlers is just weird. That's Elf wear.

Btw, with 2 sets these come out to far more than 9... Was the Nein not a joke about nine/german for No?

So I agree about Jester the blue tiefling I am not a fan of the lollipop. The human wizard is actually a guy he just has long hair. The dwarf lady is actually a halfling rogue and that character is Veth. So even though this pack comes with 10 minis two of the minis are actually the same character one is just the cursed form.

These look fun, but I already have the Steamforged Games version of the Mighty Nein wearing their early game gear, and I like those a lot. So these are a bit redundant, even though I do appreciate getting some costumes that are out of the ordinary.

I did a brief read of the CR wiki, and the dwarf lady is supposed to be a halfling actually - but sizing definitely looks like it's on a medium base - so possible mis-size?

As it was the only campaign I managed to consume in its entirety, I do feel some affinity to these characters. I might bite if I find the set for around $30.
This is too expensive.

Yeah, that's about what I'd pay too. Mostly because you don't see a lot of costumes like that on D&D miniatures, and at this stage of the game novelty is what gets me interested.

Yep, not for me which is good. With so much being released I don't mind a pass. There are none besides the dark-skinned human which interests me as they are in short supply. I like it. The dark-skinned dwarf is something which is not within my game. Please don't make this something more than it needs to be. I simply don't have dark skinned dwarves beside my gray skinned duergar. Overall, don't care for them. I hope they don't look this cartoony (sorry as I know some take offense to this term) - but most are.

I will be getting these at some point

The lollipop is actually a spell-spiritual weapon

The woman mage is actually a monk

I expect more miniatures down the line. Probably monsters and npcs

Huh, curious! The lack of shoes makes sense then.

Well, these are minis for characters of actual players, so they're going to be as weird as those players made them. Which also makes this set more for the fans of the show than anything else. These are also the "high level"/"late campaign"/"winter wear" versions of these characters. (With a couple of exceptions for story reasons.)

Race & Class info for each of these characters:
Yasha Nydoorin: Aasimar Barbarian (Path of the Zealot)
Fjord Stone: Half-orc Warlock (Hexblade, Pact of the Blade) / Paladin (Oath of the Open Sea)
Jester Lavorre: Tiefling Cleric (Trickery Domain)
Veth Brenatto: Lightfoot Halfling Rogue (Arcane Trickster) / Wizard
Beauregard Lionett: Human Monk (Way of the Cobalt Soul)
Caleb Widogast: Human Wizard (School of Transmutation)
Caduceus Clay: Firbolg Cleric (Grave Domain)
Mollymauk Tealeaf: "Devil's Tongue" Tiefling Bloodhunter (Ghost Slayer)
Nott the Brave: Goblin Rogue (Arcane Trickster)

Huge story spoilers for Critical Role: The Mighty Nein
But here's some extra info on the characters that may explain some of the miniature design stuff:
Spoiler
Show
Yasha Nydoorin: Originally a Fallen Aasimar, changes to a Protector Aasimar. The line down her lip and chin is a tattoo, though is usually portrayed thinner than on the miniature here. Her eyes are different colours due to heterochromia. Her hair was originally black, but would turn more and more white(like an ombre) as she struggled to get back up from her state as a Fallen Aasimar.
Fjord Stone: Starts as a Warlock, but renounces his patron and multiclasses into Paladin. Originally a sailor. Used to file down his fast growing tusks to appear more approachable to most other people.
Jester Lavorre: The offspring of a Tiefling mother and a Water Genasi father. Worships a god that turns out to actually be a powerful Archfey. A lollipop shaped Spiritual Weapon became one of her signature moves. The animal on her shoulder is a crimson weasel named Sprinkle that she keeps as a pet.
Veth Brenatto: Same person as Nott the Brave. Broke her curse and returned to her original halfling form. The markings under the eyes are a magical tattoo. The antlers are actually a very random reference Veth's player made to Keyleth, the druid PC for one of the other players in the first CR campaign. The flask on her hip is a magical "Flask of Perpetual Booze".
Beauregard Lionett: The symbol on her chest is the Seal of the Order of the Cobalt Soul, and can also be considered a symbol of the goddess Ioun, whom the Cobalt Soul worship. Beau is an Expositor among the ranks of that Order. The staff is a magical, silver quarterstaff named Belabor(very similar to a Staff of Power, minus the spells), and is based on how it looks in later official art of the character(where the staff doesn't match the item description), and with the caps/ends exaggeratedly thick.
Caduceus Clay: His staff is Blightstaff, but I think the shield design with the big gem is a Wizkids original.
Mollymauk Tealeaf: Has died and returned to life before joining the party. Dies again during the game. (New PC for that player was Caduceus Clay.) Got a big tattoo that covers a lot of their body. Later returns, and turns out to be the BBEG of the campaign.
Nott the Brave: Same person as Veth Brenatto. Originally a halfling, was killed by goblins and reincarnated as one of them through a curse. The markings under the eyes are a magical tattoo. Has a flask of booze on her hip.

Ah, the good old days
Funny. My game that’s been running since January has two groups.

Group one:
Human Barbarian
Human Fighter
Human Thief
Human Cleric of the Moon Goddess
Human Friar (homebrew class)
Dwarf Fighter

Group Two:
Human Wizard
Human Cleric of the Fox Goddess
Human Fighter
Half-Elf Mystic Archer (fighter/mage, but I flavor wise he delivers spells with arrow attacks).

And yes they’ve been given options, just no full elves, and the my halfling/gnome types are combined into one race.

Surprisingly, no one wanted to play a corvin (Norse flavored kenku), a long lander (tall thin giant kin), Sionnach (picture Link and Midna from Twilight Princess, but as a fox and Midna’s hair is the foxes tail), or a war bear (brown bears that walk on their back legs, speak, and dress like Polish winged hussars).
