Best of the Best (Archfiends)

1. Vrock
This is a really dangerous demon (CR 9 in Pathfinder and D&D 3.5, CR 6 in 5e) in a really menacing pose and i totally agree with Berk that it´s the best that has been done.

2. Cursed Spirit
The first mini for an incorporeal undead and it still holds up today (i used it four weeks ago in our Pathfinder Curse of the Crimson Throne campaign).

3. Vampire Aristocrat
The first vampire mini and it still looks great.

All five are the shining examples of when physical sculpting goes well. These hold up to this day and in the case of the last three, the resculpts that came later couldn’t remotely compete.

I don't like the Vrock from this set at all. It basically has a 3x2 footprint, with the claw extending into an additional tile. And, while I get that bird-based demons are cartoonish to some degree, the amount of cartoonishness in the sculpt is just over the top. It looks like a kid's toy from the dollar store to me, from a line that would probably also include lime-colored dinosaurs. I much prefer the Dungeons of Dread Vrock. It even plays nicely with the one from Rage of Demons, and both use colors that are close the 5e artwork.
