I dunno how many people on these boards this impacts, but on my daily searches I came upon this site. They have good prices, and their preorder dates are almost as good as the US releases.

Sadly, they only ship to Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia. So if you are from any of the three, you can check and see if they are a good store!
