Vote for a pre-painted miniature collector's set released in 2020 which you believe deserves the title of "Best of 2020".
We are defining a collector's set to be a set with a randomized distribution format (also called blind format) of 10 or more miniatures. Any promotional miniatures releases along with a "collector's set" are not intended to form part of the set for the purposes of this vote -- they will be included in a separate category.
Best Collector's Set of 2020
Re: Best Collector's Set of 2020
Gotta say, it's a hard choice between "Rime of the Frostmaiden" and "Fangs & Talons", but in the end it's the former for me. Those are both really great sets, though!

Funny how many people complained that the monster selection in F&T was all wrong especially the Rares and how this is the last set they will buy, but then still this set is high in the lead...

Re: Best Collector's Set of 2020
I too thought long and hard between RotF and F&T.
Finally settled on the latter, and here I think is the answer to BB's question; there were too many creatures in that set that I had waited for for a long time (Almiraj, Boggle, Gas Spore, Tridrone, Flail Snail, et.al.).
They were produced and painted well IMHO and, as I've said often, I'm still playing 2nd edition D&D (never went higher, never played Pathfinder) so the huge sized Flail Snail was a bonus for me.
Overall, I'm really pleased with the quality of the vast majority of the current Wizkids output (both D&D and Pathfinder). As we've mentioned before there is the odd annoyance (miniature Aboleths, rare to the point of brave Frenchmen Frost Giant Skeletons and others) BUT, overall, a wonderful (but expensive) time to be a collector / player.
Cheers
