I have so far not found a better place to order cases from inside the EU (and well, if Brexit really happens, that will change things) - but I switched to them after getting tired of having to pay tremendous amount of taxes on cases I got from Miniaturemarket .
Their single prices are not great when compared to average USA ebay prices, of course, but what makes them good for EU shipping is that for large or bulky items they practically ship them for free - I got my Red Dragon Trophy from them for just a 3,20GBP shipping cost, and they offer similarly low shipping on a full case too.
I tried looking for comparative other shops within the EU but so far I have not found any - if you know about some, let me know!

Thanks for the info, it is hard to find affordable ppm in Europe compared to overseas retailers, and then buying from overseas is usually not cost effective because of shipping costs and import costs.

Will keep this one saved for future needs!

You are welcome. In Hungary we only have 1 shop that sells D&D/PFB minis, and so far I was not able to find any shop in ebay that would have better prices for cases shipped.

I love Tritex as it is, to my knowledge, the best EU shop for singles and cases, but I have to report a little complaint to you EU guys, as they do have a practice which I do not like at all.

It happened a me a couple times this year, last week was the most recent occasion, in which I placed an order in their online shop, they did not have what I paid for (contrary to the quantities mentioned online) and what they did is ship the rest, refunding the missing item.

I told them both times that I think the right thing to do would have been to contact me and ask if 1) I wanted to completely cancel the order or 2) change the missing item into some other item in shop or 3) have a partial refund.

Instead, they chose number 3 for me, which I did not like at all because I try to put together orders to minimize shipping costs.

Tritex remains a great shops but beware this may occur, especially if you buy things which are at "quantity in shop: 1", so don't order that

I am a tad worried about my Honorable Knight order. They say it shipped on Aug 19 but could not provide a tracking number, saying I should contact my local post. They did not find anything, and I had a muscle tear that prevented me from further investigation, so I could only contact Tritex again now, hope they got the package back. I was really surprised that they do not have tracking, you'd think all UK post costs offer that.

Thanks for letting us know RotoLord. I don't like that either, and have had a few sellers do that. I cannot recall it happening with Tritex for myself, but definitely good to know and prepare for.

(EDIT) Oh, I just noticed your post was over two years ago... so hopefully things are nowadays different in that regard.

Very curiously, I received a package from them (not sure what, still in customs) just last week, and yet on the Tritex homepage both my orders show up as pending. We will see next week, I hope.

Whoops, sorry, never replied. It seems they could not track the package and yeah, never arrived, they sent a replacement which had tracking. This was the first and last time I got a package without tracking from them.

Well, I think this was my last Tritex order.
Turns out for some strange reason they sent the Adult Black Dragon separately - and they made out an invoice to 100 GBP for it (when it was 55GBP). Sent via UPS so there was not even a chance of avoiding customs. Meaning I paid 27% of 100 GBP instead of 55GBP in extra...
No idea where my Fangs and Talons case is, they are looking into it.
With all this, I decided to cancel my Orcus preorder, as the local gamer shop in Budapest can sell it to me for the same money they are (70 GBP) except I don't have to pay 27% tax and customs handling fees. When I asked, the actually offered to give me a 10% discount back but... well that's still 17% more expensive than getting it here, so no dice. I'll not cancel my Fangs and Talons since sadly getting cases from my shop or Jedishop is impossible, but I am moving on to Thiemtwork for now.
I suspect Tritex will lose a lot of EU customers this way, same as the various british Transformers shops I frequented before Brexit.

Let me re-iterate, they are still a very good store with great customer service and are really friendly, and have superb shipping prices even outside the UK... it's not their fault british politics shat all over their EU orders.

My last info from them was in May where they said they cannot locate any shipping info on my order, and so they will send another case once they get one, which they would soon receive as they expected 10 more cases from Germany.
Since then, I wrote to them twice, no answer. And oddly, I cannot contact them anymore using the website's "Note" feature, that doesn't work, so I just sent mails.
I am a painted men, after all, I am still waiting for my Arveiaturace I ordered literally a year ago, from Jedishop... just wanted to mention this.

They're showing as having 4 cases of F&T in stock now (I also had a delay when first ordering one, but managed to get it a few months back). I know they recently updated their website so its possible the email submission page isn't working properly. Have you emailed them directly, and enclosed a copy of the original order confirmation? Maybe see if you can get them on social media; Twitter, Facebook, etc.

Tritex aren't perfect (they sometimes have singles listed as available then they get removed/refunded when your order is picked) but communication is generally quite fast in my experience. Hope you get it sorted!

Thanks, I did email them several times in the same mail chain as where we communicated originally (customercare@tritex-games.co.uk). I guess I need to contact them again maybe they changed their mail address... if that fails there is facebook.

EDIT: It seems they redesigned their contact page. I had to refresh it before it finally accepted my message. But their email address seems unchanged, so dunno why they did not reply to my mails.
Thanks for letting me know, they still have 4 cases+Purple Worm, I am hoping they can send me one, at last. Really was looking forward to this set, one of the best this year.

So quick update, Jason has gotten back to me, saying they looked into is and cannot find any tracking for the case that was sent to me - or even if it has ever been sent.
Thankfully they still had one booster case, however it is 2 boosters short. They offered to add 2 boosters or refund 30Ł - I took the 2 boosters, and now I am hoping I still manage to get all 12 Rares in the case. We will see!

Update - the case arrived, they sent me 2 DiA boosters instead of the missing 2 boosters from the brick. Unfortunately, the 4th brick was also not from this case, but another one -so I ended up missing the Flail Snail and the elusive Tridrone from my case. I contacted Tritex and they said they would send me those minis, so hopefully it's all good!
