Vote for a pre-painted miniature non-collector's set released in 2021 which you believe deserves the title of "Best of 2021".
We are defining a non-collector's set to be a set with a visible distribution format (also called non-blind format) of 2 or more miniatures.
Members may cast votes for up to three non-collector's sets. The sets which receives the most votes will win this category. In the case of a tie, a panel of judges will be convened to break the tie.
Voting is open until the end of Sunday, November 19, 2022.

Oh man! This was a tough one! I ended up voting for the following:
Kobold Warband - Kobolds for every occasion! More or less, at least. Just a really good set of kobolds, with great variety. Also: Kobolds!
Wild Beyond the Witchlight: Swamp Gas Balloon - Like the kobold warband, this is one I actually have. And it's a really cool piece of terrain/vehicle that I feel can be used for more than just for its original adventure. I also really appreciate cool terrain pieces, and aside from the multiple, colour coded wells of the Runelords, this was the only piece of terrain possible to nominate.
Monsters of Wildemount Set 1 - The Nergaliid does a lot of the lifting for this set, as it's just one of the best Wizkids minis I've personally seen. The rest of the creatures are a bit hit or miss, but those that hit do so because they are very interesting designs that you won't get anywhere else.
The Witchlight Carnival premium set and Wild Shape & Polymorph set 1 were both very close, and I honestly struggled choosing between the five.

Hard to choose my votes but similar to you, Kobolds definitely get one - I love the detail and how much character they each have.
I chose one of the Polymorph/Wildshape sets and Denizens of Castle Ravenloft, as I love Strahd's Brides and the whole Hammer Horror aesthetics that set gives, and the more animal minis the merrier. But I agree that both the Critical Role monster sets and the Witchlight teams are good contenders.
