I have not always been a fan of the set composition of these 2D minis, but I believe they have a real winner with this set.

Weird the PC set has a lot more minis... though I guess this has multiples of certain minis.
Re: D&D Idols of the Realms (2D): Goblinoids
My count has the pc box having 24 medium or small figures. This has 26 small or mediums plus one large ogre. So this set actually has more total. The other just has all unique figures.BBShockwave wrote: ↑Tue Nov 29, 2022 4:48 pm Weird the PC set has a lot more minis... though I guess this has multiples of certain minis.

This is a great set for someone starting out - it covers the core humanoids well.

They appear to have inadvertently switched around the quantities of the Hobgoblin #1 and Hobgoblin Warlord standees.

Re: D&D Idols of the Realms (2D): Goblinoids
Seeing these I think two things:
1) If these had been around 20 years ago, I would have bought into them big.
2) I definitely prefer minis to standees.

Disclamer: I prefer black bases, and as such have painted many clear bases black. Pictures of my collection will reflect this, varying from the original way the mini was produced.
