By and large they have been OK, it was only at the end when I had problems with them. I mean no idea how they can simply forget about an order... or mark it as shipped when they have no tracking information.
My guess is that same as that UK book store, they had a special deal with Royal Mail where they get cheap shipping in bulk but no tracking?

I just ordered a brick of Return of the Dragons at Tritex, because they were the only shop I could find which still had them in stock instead of on backorder. Of course, I blindly ordered before reading the experiences above. Hoping for the best now and I'll update later with my experience once it arrives.

Everything went smoothly on my part, except that the import charges are even higher then when buying from the USA. No fault of Tritex, but not buying from the UK again soon.

Yeah, the Brexit taxes essentially killed several british webstores - Kapow Toys used to be the place everyone bought Transformers from here in Hungary, and now nobody uses is. And Bookdepository also closed down about a year after Brexit - pity, they were a good source of both comics and D&D sourcebooks.
