I usually prime even over it with a black as like using black as a cheat for shadowing and shades within the grooves and hard to reach areas as the white primer is very bright.

I only reprime if I need to do surgery on the model. The Nothics needed that mould line down the middle of their eye cleaned up, which led to bare plastic. Thus a thin coat of white primer applied, mostly in a zenithal fashion.

Otherwise, nah, I just use them as-is.

I just use them as-is, with occasionally scraping down a mold line.
