Anyone else order anything from the Wizkids store recently? If so, how was the service?
I placed a pre-ordered with them in early June. The product hit the street on July 8 and have heard not so much as peep from them since, even after inquiring with their custom service at the top of the week. Covid has everything slow and I may have just gotten spoiled dealing with smaller and more attentive distributors.

The few things I have bought from them, took them about a week to ship the package out. granted the things i bought were in stock and it still took that long.
I assume your pre-order wont ship until tomorrow at the earliest.
I ordered the Silver Dragon case incentive (and a booster box to get over $50 for free shipping).
Reviewing my emails, I made the order on Jun 19 (Fri), got the shipping notification email on Jun 24 (Wed), and the delivered email on Jul 1 (Wed).
Not a preorder, so it's not directly applicable to your situation, but their speed seems ok otherwise. Have definitely had faster, even considering the weekend between order and shipping.
So anyone knows why you cannot buy Cases from them? I see only Bricks listed... meaning even if they one day will ship to my country, I would need to use a different distributor...

Can you comment on whether dndminis.com is also a Wizkids store or affiliated with you? It has appeared out of the blue and at least for me, the website is behaving strangely.

I got the Strahd sets shipped to my friend in California, they came by local USPS so I assume they come from the US.

In case anyone is interested I placed an order on 27th February and it just arrived today (UK). Seems Customs charges are included at checkout, which explains the high shipping, so no issues on arrival
How to get a refund from Wizkids (for a pre-ordered, non-delivered product)
Hi Everyone. Advice please.
I ordered the Pathfinder Battles: Rusty Dragon Inn Box Set per an online discount offer from WizKids' website on 4 September 2022.
On 25 November I sent a status update request for the order via the customer service email.
I received an automated response on the same day:
"Thank you for your inquiry. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, message response time and order shipments may be delayed 2 to 3 business days – we appreciate your patience.
We hope you have a wonderful day and thank you for your business!
-The WizKids Team"
I have not received a response since.
This morning I emailed customer service requesting a full refund. I'm mailing a letter to their corporate headquarters in NJ tomorrow to the same effect.
There is no listed customer service phone line I can call.
Any other recommendations on how I can get WizKids' attention for my full refund?

I have cancelled orders with them before.
A simple email with the order number and saying you would like to cancel will suffice.
I'll also point out that the item you ordered still isn't released yet.
