These are some miniatures from Icons sets that I would love to see given a Nolzur's version:

1. Awakened Tree
2. Gibbering Mouther
3. Flail Snail
4. Mindwitness
5. Unspeakable Horror
6. Catoblepas
7. Shadow Demon
8. Yuan Ti Broodguard
9. Stirge
10. Mephits

Imagine if those ten were the next wave - they would be pre-ordered like crazy! You're welcome, Wizkids.

It’s sad, but I think I’m reaching my saturation point for Nolzurs. I’d still like to see some of the expensive huges from the last few sets, especially the zombie T-rex, flail snail(large?),
Hoard mimic and I’ll keep waiting and wishing for a new sculpt standing YA bronze, black and green.

Yeah, I still like Nolzur's because there is something about getting the official art that is extra cool, but man is there a lot of competition for unpainted miniatures right now. I probably have 1000+ miniatures coming from various KSs right now and at some point I will need to stop.

I’d say you crashed through that line already, so might as well continue on!

Out of curiosity, how long do you think it would take you to paint 1000 miniatures?
Disclamer: I prefer black bases, and as such have painted many clear bases black. Pictures of my collection will reflect this, varying from the original way the mini was produced.

Hmmm...I average 40-50/month, but that's on top of terrain. I'm not a great painter, but I'm a highly efficient one (tonight I painted the Jabberwocky, Outhouse Mimic, and Wraithroot Tree in about 2 hours). So 1000 miniatures is well over a year's supply, but then those deliveries will be pretty spaced out (for example, the Reaper one probably won't deliver for 15-18 months).

Some more Nolzur’s Fizban love would be good.

I’d really like to see the hoard mimic done.

Same for a two pack draconian footsoldier/mage.

Correctly sized eyedrakes and dragonnel would be pretty cool too (by correct size I’m saying big large to small huge - see the mounted Ravnica minis for size), otherwise you’ll pay $40 (or more) for the unpainted ones, just like the Wraithwood tree.

To be honest, I’m not sure why we haven’t gotten some of the old yugoloth minis redone. Chwinga, vegepygmies, Yuan-ti malisons, and firenewts all seem like no brainers too.

What I would really like is a cheap ‘army builder’ option for Nolzur’s. Pack 5-6 minis of the same monster in 4-6 sculpts for $15-18. Throw them in a baggie in small sized cardboard boxes and call it a day. We’re talking things we DMs want bunches of. Goblinoids, orcs, low level undead, twig blights, bandits, city guards, cultists. This has the great benefit of freeing up Nolzur’s/deep cuts lines for big weird monsters, villains, and heroes that you only want a few of.

I’m going to try to shift my subjective value to minis that would be less challenging and very fun to paint. A Nolzurs huge hoard mimic would be a blast! Really easy. No minute details. Just purple, pink, gold, gems, GLITTER!, and gloss varnish and it would be one of the prettiest minis I’ve painted. I hope they make it.
Although I have the ppm jabberwocky and huge yeti, I think I’ll buy those next. The sculpt on the ppm jabberwocky is so much better than the Nolzurs though. Very reminiscent of the classic illustrations.

Agreed. Wizkids seems really locked into a packaging formula of 3 small, 2 medium, 1 large, or 1 huge, with the occasional minor variation such as 1 large+1 small, or 1 medium+2 small. But when you look at most other companies, they also sell larger sets just like the ones that you describe. If Wizkids sold larger packs exactly as you describe I think they would do really well.

They might make the packs, but they’ll put them in a great big clamshell package and end up charging $5 a mini.

I’d like to see a few of those as Nolzur’s, but I also like to get Nolzur’s of things that aren’t already available as PPM. Selfish perhaps since I paint, but it is what it is.

See, I'm being selfish by suggesting the PPM that I'd like to see released unpainted. Because I'm gonna repaint them anyway, and the Nolzur's versions of all of these would be a lot cheaper. Like, that would get me a Mindwitness for $10.

I get that yeah. I just remember initially getting into painting because of the promise of finding new options. It seems now that most of what we get in Nolzur’s has been out for months as PPM, with notable exceptions like the Harengon.

I want some miners, especially dwarfs and gnomes, release a mine set with carts and a shack. I like the PPM goblin village they released for Pathfinder and Nolzur's has great sets of townfolk, market, castle etc now add mining camps.

More dragonborn casters and rogues. More terrain and more animals.
6 billion cries of agony will birth a new balance.

Throw in some rails to that mine cart set, and you’d really have something, although I’d prefer a pre-painted option.
