I contacted Thiemtwork because on google it was indicated that the shop was permanently closed. (I'm scared  ) But it's just that he's moving to another location. :D

Yikes! That I would get scared about too...
Hopefully this will not affect delivery but I suspect there will be some delays like it was when Wizkids moved.

Oliver Thiemt posted an update on facebook that all preorders of Ravenloft and Fizban's have been mailed out, I got my own alert too, but for some reason Gmail thought it was spam, so be careful about that.

Nothing but good things to say about my history with Thiemtwork. That said, I find it odd that Oliver has not responded to my email about Bigby's Giants still being in pre-order and not getting shipped. How long can it take for him to get those? I'm not aware of anything new in that department.

Just a bit bummed - I did not expect such a wait, paying for the lot 1,5 months ago, but I hope this is just a simple delay with them getting the stuff.

See my post from last year - it took them several months to get Ravenloft, so at the end, they had it in stock at the same time as Fizban's. It seems to be random whether they get something at the same time as the US release, or months later.

Bigby's has yet to hit the UK either, so maybe it's still on a Europe-bound boat somewhere.
Current PPM wishlist: Barlgura, Bronze Scout, Cultist/Cult Fanatic, Gnoll Witherling, Hezrou, Nonaton, Rug of Smothering, Stone Defender,

It’s not in Denmark either, so probably not in EU at all (yet)…

I do not know what's up with Thiemtwork the past week. All emails come bouncing back - unable to reach the recipient in their main address. No answer to a phone call.

I hope it's a temporary thing. I tried to reach them because of a missing item in the last package I received. Nothing big. More of a misery if there's something negative up with the store. :?

You should try contacting them on Facebook. Back during the Fizban/Ravenloft kerfuffle, I managed to get some info out of them there.

Btw I changed my vote on them to just "Good". Truth be told the whole "we add +% tax to all your orders to balance out difference between EU countries' taxes" thing left a sore taste in my mouth, and their prices are so high now, I have not bought any set from them since Fizban's. What baffles me is, I regularly buy Transformers from two webstores in the Netherlands, none of whom do this tax difference thing - despite our VAT in Hungary being the highest in the EU. Seems rather arbitrary whether a store does it, or not.

Thanks. Yeah, charging the VAT difference baffles me as well. Other options (for me, at least) aren't cheaper, so I've just bitten my lip and ordered so far. I wish there was such a store for Icons of the Realms in the Netherlands as well (or that the prices in my home country would not be as outrageous as they are).

While I will not be contacting them through fb (I despise Meta), I will be hoping their other means of contact start working again.

I largely just buy IotR stuff from DnDMinis and MM now. With the discounts, even with added tax and shipping I come out better than buying from THiemtwork who in the many years I have been buying stuff from there, have never discounted anything, or at least I did not notice.
Ah pity, considering the two biggest Transformers and other toy webstores are in the Netherlands I assumed they would have a miniature store too...

Still no life on their website (as far as I'm seeing), no returning calls, emails not going through. I'm not going to make an order before I somehow see a sign of life.

BBShockwave or anyone else, please let me know if you hear anything! Thiemtwork is the cheapest place for me to get bricks atm, with a good selection, so still worried about the situation.

I stopped using them for years now, sorry. As I mentioned, post on their facebook posts, they replief to me there.
I recommend buying discounts from Miniaturemarket, DnDMini instead. Even with added tax they are cheaper. I also always try to order together with fellow local collectors, so we share the customs/tax/postage fees meaning we all pay less this way unlike if we ordered separately.

I ordered a few things last week and have a package incoming with DHL tracking.
Should arrive tomorrow or the day after…

They uploaded singles for Seas And Shores and Bigby’s a few weeks ago.
So as far as I can see they are still operational, although things are moving a bit slower than usual😀
