Should arrive tomorrow or the day after…

They uploaded singles for Seas And Shores and Bigby’s a few weeks ago.
So as far as I can see they are still operational, although things are moving a bit slower than usual😀
That's quite a delay... I remember they had Bigby's up for preorder as far back as when the US release was!

Thiemtwork is having a sale these next few days.
It’s their 20 year anniversary !

Some pretty great deals, and if your order is 50 Euro or more, you get a free Sapphire Dragon (adult, perching on rock)!

I already have that, but it is a pretty good deal.
Strange, I have bought a lot from them but have never gotten a newsletter about this...

I see they are selling the Phoenix for 80€ which is nice. Pity about the tax difference they always put on things...

They also have the Spelljammer CE for sale for 666€... number of the beast?

BBShockwave or anyone else, please let me know if you hear anything! Thiemtwork is the cheapest place for me to get bricks atm, with a good selection, so still worried about the situation.
I am now getting all my emails returned from their website too. I got my last order, but minus a Dreamblade figure... and I am getting the mailer daemon to say it could not contact their mail in 24 hours sent back with any response. Yet the mail works, since I got my order receipt from said email address...

You have to e-mail them at a different e-mail address. I won't put it here but you can find it at "CONTACT INFORMATION" from the bottom of the page.

Oliver takes a while to answer sometimes and generally answers at very off times from what I've noticed. He was able to help me with my orders quite fast when he was indeed available but it did take a couple of days.

I also wanted to split my 1600+ EUR order into multiple ones in order to qualify for the anniversary bonus and he said "your order is already dispatched" even though it was not and they only dispatched it a couple of days later (has not arrived yet). It is bonus stuff for sure and I am not complaining but I would have appreciated a better and more friendly handling of the situation. When a customer puts in a huge order like (especially right after another huge one) then you could at least accommodate them when they are asking to give you more money.

I was basically asking if I could pay shipping 9-10 times more to split my order into different ones so that I can qualiy for the promotion (it was possible to do that with what I had in my cart). I offered to pay the extra to make their life easier (so that they don't have to actually "split" the order, but I still pay the extra).

I got very slow responses and stuff like "the rules apply to everyone" while I was saying "yes, I understand that, so I would like to pay for the extra shipping and split my order, I am not asking for special treatment."

In the end, he offered to put a brick of Snowbound and Rime in my order as extra (so, minus x2 Snowbound, minus x2 Rime and minus x10 Spelljammer boosters) but without the extra shipping cost that I offered to pay to split the order.

I honestly started feeling a bit bad for trying to take "advantage" of the promotion, but I realized that "why the heck am I feeling bad, I'm the customer willing to drop a bunch of money here and I am not even getting timely and honest (in regards to the "dispatched" part) replies about an order that I have already paid for."

I really like the prices that mtgandmore has and even more so the promotions that are currently running since for us it's a huge deal to be able to get a little bit extra here and there to build up our super fresh collection. In contrast to all that, a Polish shop where I put in an order that was 5 times smaller, they were super friendly, very helpful and very generous with what they offered themselves (without any active promotion running or me having asked for any).

It was a silly interaction that I honestly couldn't care much about, but later realized that it just felt a bit weird and it was not that big of a deal. The order has not yet arrived in 2 weeks now (which is kind of weird, considering it has been "dispatched" for a while now).

I will most certainly put in orders again with the shop, but I will always be super careful with what I put in my cart and all that to make sure I do not have to deal with customer support again.

----

On the plus side, Oliver also said that some stuff that we ordered by mistake on our first order with the shop we could easily pack them and return them for a refund. While that was super easy to communicate, I also have not received any news on that for over 2 weeks now.

----

Please take all of this in as much of a positive way as you can because I always try to keep a very positive attitude towards any kind of communication I have with official businesses since I know and respect the fact that they are a "business" after all and they are trying to make money. I just wish that customer service was a bit more prompt and friendly, especially when a customer is literally saying "hey, I'm willing to pay more." after two huge orders.

Just have to get the eggs now. :D

Yep, I also recently found another email address and got a reply quite quickly. Apparently he really had his hands full with the anniversary week.

I got everything I ordered, so no complaints for that. Also got my earlier missing item communicated within the order's message box and received a compensatory one with the order.

I know they have a contact form there, but there is no email address under Kontakt sadly.
It's weird though because I was able to talk to Oliver on this main address before. Ah well, will try that one then.
EDIT: Ah I found it, it was under Impressum. Sorry I am viewing the page in german.

I thought the bonus was only the free Sapphire Dragon? Wow 1600€ order, that must have been huge!
I can understand if they did not want to split the order into multiple ones as they would not have been able to send you that many Sapphire Dragons, they probably had less than that on hand... or was this a different promotion?
If so, IMHO you should have submitted your order in separate orders, if the extra shipping cost would have been worth it for the extra boosters.

Btw, seems the anniversary sale is still going, I am starting to wonder if this is more of a "going out of business" sale, some of the prices are so low (19.5€ for the Sapphire Dragon, when checking Ebay, it goes for 60-70$)...
Honestly, their current sale prices are good, yes, but their regular prices - plus the way they enforce the within EU tax difference, that none of the EU webstores I used for Transformers did - meant that often, getting a case from them would cost more than buying a discounted case from MM or DnDminis and paying US shipping and full tax. It's why my last case from them has been Spelljammer and since then I moved on to other stores.

Yep, we learned from that mistake but Oliver was kind enough to put in some extra stuff nonetheless just because of how big our order was anyway.

We received our order (minus the Phandelver case, which should be out in Europe in a couple of weeks) and Oliver also replied saying exactly what you guessed "we are super busy with tons of orders lately" which is totally understandable.

It's still a little bit hard to get an answer sometimes, but as I said in my above post, it's understandable and patience is a virtue in such situations.

The whole promotions thing was just something that we weren't familiar with, so from now on we will make more specific orders for that purpose. :)

Oh I see. I have not seen this promotion, then again so far most of my orders from them have been just 1-2 cases at most (and Tiamat).

I got a response today from Oliver, seem they had that Dreamblade mini out of stock to begin with, he has refunded the money right away. Thanks for the help!

I've ordered quite a few bricks and some hard-to find singles from Oliver. His case, brick and booster prices are really good, and shipping is fast and reliable. His single prices are quite high.

And yeah, the e-mail address noted in his order confirmation mails does no longer work, but the correct one is on the website if necessary.

He's got the Saphire Dragon now up for only 19,50 euro's. I didn't have one yet. Also, some other great discounts now available.

The Sapphire Dragon has been up for that much since last year, and they have zounds of them.
So much so, that it was given away for free on orders over 50€ for a while. I got a second one to replace mine since that arrived broken off the base and the wing torn out of the socket due to bad packaging,

They had some nice campaign discounts late last year, celebrating their birthday. Some of them are still up. The sapphire first came down to something like 39 IIRC and finally to the price you mention. I got four of them in total at different points in time; gave one to my godson already.
It's a nice store for us EU people, for still-in-package products especially - quick and cheap shipping.
