Kelz0r (Denmark)

So I am posting this place because it might be of interest to those who collect more obscure miniature series...
I would certainly not recommend them for PFB or Icons of the Realms, as their prices are the same ridiculously overblown European prices where even most commons are 4-5 EUR.
However, when I discovered this place I noticed they have the lowest prices I could find on Dreamblade miniatures, selling boosters for as low as 5 EUR and 7 EUR for the starter set (and these are old sets where one booster had 7 minis! :D)

...Of course, there is a "but" here. There is always a "but".
I of course I wanted to buy a lot of boosters and was taken aback when the shipping costs came out to a whooping 88 EUR... So I started to remove boosters. And remove... and remove... Until only 4 were left. Yes not kidding, the shipping apparently is around 17.50$ for anything you add, but after 4 boosters of anything, it jumps to 69$/88$... :D Given that I order stuff from other EU countries all the time, I of course know this is ridiculous, and likely not even real, but a result of their shipping calculator.
I emailed them about it and said I wanted to buy a lot of minis (which you'd think they would WANT, since it benefits them) and whether they can get a better shipping quote as this seems unrealistic. I got this in response:
Not sure – but we don’t have a shipping deal for Hungary and thus it can be very expensive..
I think you’d need to buy in very big quantities for it to make sense for the shipping.
When I remarked that in most EU countries shipping costs the same to all other EU countries since the distances are negligible compared to overseas shipping, I got this miffed response:
I have never heard of a single company in the world offering that for Europe – so no certainly not.
There are huge differences coutnry to country.
So I am stuck with this place... I bought 3 boosters and a starter (this fit in the lower shipping bracket) but I definitely would like to buy more, however the insane shipping costs make this not profitable. And instead of trying to help me out, and sell a lot of overstocked items they could not sell for years (Dreamblade is I think 10 years old now and as a tournament game, long defunct) they just shrug their shoulders and dismiss me. I am wondering if they are more of a local Denmark only shop, but then why have a selectable english interface and international shipping options?

Anyone has experiences with them or can advise me on what to do?

Well, I voted them as "poor" now, after gruelling weeks of back and forth emails it has become abundantly clear they care nothing about internstional sales. Why they leave it open as an option then...
I wanted to buy as little as 2 Mage Knight collector guide books and shipping came out to 50-70€. Even after I checked on PostNord's website and showed them screens to prove this is incorrect, even after wanting to buy 15 boosters, the guy remained unhelpful. I left with a screenshot shoving them I can buy the same books from the USA with 7$ shipping, and reminded them this is their loss, not mine.
Absolutely terrible communication, unhelpful, high prices on new minis... Unless you live in Danmark, not recommended.

You might not get too many responses as after hearing your dealings with them I'm not buying from them! BOOM!

I started this thread to give people who want to collect Dreamblade a good source, and I ended up discouraging people to buy from them... Guess this did not work out well for either of us, them or me.

So, I'm in one of their neighbouring countries, Norway. I saw they had some very cool Mage Knight & Dreamblade stuff on sale at extremely low prices, but their shipping rates just outright destroyed it, and since our customs count in shipping costs into whether or not there's going to be a customs fee, it would be an added 25% of the combined price, and another $15 on top of that.

Sent an e-mail explaining this, and asking whether there was a way to lower the shipping costs, and thereby also customs fee. Their response(direct translation from Danish): "It's probably best if you just buy a lot? Then you'll save on shipping."

So they practically didn't answer my question, and just assumes I can throw money at them, even though my e-mail to them very much hinted at me not being able to do so.

So yeah, not very happy with that. Will probably not consider buying from them in the future. :/

But with some help from a friend that has a gaming store here in Norway, will be able to get the super cheap Dreamblade and Mage Knight stuff, since he then just bought a bulk of it. :)

Yep, see my post above about the endless arguments I had with their unhelpful helpdesk about shipping. It's like they are not interested in selling outside the country, but then why do they give the option for us to buy?
If you want Dreamblade at a good price, I found an italian seller who sold me boosters for 10 EUR and when I bought a lot he discounted to 8 EUR I think.

And hey, let me know if you have extras from your friend, maybe we can trade. ;)

Nice! I think I know of the seller. ;)

I'll let you know if I get some duplicates, or something I might not want to keep. :)

I've ordered a few hard to find singles from them, but time and again they had to tell me that they didn't have the mini after all.

e.g.: I ordered ten miniatures. I got the day after notice that they didn't have one of them, and if I wanted to replace it with something else. Then I got another such message, and another, each time about a different miniature from the same order.

If they would just check the entire order and send me one e-mail, instead of disappointing me multiple days in a row. It was very annoying. In the end I got 6 out of 10 originally ordered miniatures, and 1 other and a partial refund.

They are friendly, but not really professional IMHO. Their stock is not up to date to say the least.

Wow, so they were like checking each mini each day and writing you? Yeah, that was my experience too, not very professional. If they want to make it big not just in their own country, they need to be more accomodating with customer service.
