The wheels of justice turn slow, lol. I'm glad it worked out for you!

That is just way too long for a faulty product replacement. It's well over 1% of the average life expectancy of a human being. Good thing it's just little plastic toy soldiers. :P

Interestingly enough, I got an email today about my request about the faulty Aspect of Tiamat I got.

They are going to be sending me a replacement apparently and wanted to confirm my address.

Took about 8 months, but finally got a reply.

If they ask you to mail it back... refuse.

What was the fault with her? She was drunk and stumbling, like the one on the factory photos? :P
Dragomir wrote: Wed Jun 21, 2023 8:08 am Allthough I never received a message. I got an email couple of days ago that NECA sent me a parcel.
Today I picked it up at the post office and it contained the replacement for the black abishai that was missing an arm.

This replacement took 10 months to happen. But received all without any charge or need to send in the defective miniature.
I wish I had known you can ask for such replacements back when WDH came out, my Ammalia Cassalanter is also armless. But I assumed seeing as Wizkids has no office in the EU it was pointless to ask Tritex for a replacement as it is not their fault but Wizkids'...
10 month, geez. Man hard to believe that set came out that long ago... time flies.

She wasn't sitting on the peg correctly, rather it had her foot tilted and sitting on top of the peg instead of the peg in the hole in her foot. There was also scrape marks of dried glue? across the base as if someone had just haphazardly attempted to scrape it off when they saw it.

The email seemed to suggest that they were just going to send me a new one vs expecting me to send it back.

Ah... my RotF Young Adult White Dragon was like that. I wedged off the leg from the peg and glued it back.
But I can understand you do not want to do that with a 100$ mini.

Dabima wrote: Mon May 29, 2023 12:58 pm Is anyone having any luck with Wizkids replacements? I still have an open ticket for the Arvieaturace mispainted dragon I received that’s been Pending since last August. The last response I got from supports was last October apologizing for the delay and saying the fulfillment center is sending them one that they will inspect to make sure it’s okay and then send it out to me. It’s been radio silence since then. I’ve reached out to the replacements suppport team once a month since then with my original ticket number and begging for some kind of update and they’ve ignored me every time. I also have an open ticket from January since a town square warlock tiles set I ordered was missing one tile. My request is still in “request received” status with no acknowledgement. Any attempt for an update has also been ignored on this request. In desperation I reached out to wizkids themselves letting them know the situation and they apologized profusely, gave me a coupon, and said they would prioritize my requests and make sure I got a response shortly. That was two months ago. Still no closer to a resolution
Update to my previous post. Finally got a replacement for my Arviaturace (surely butchered the name) 11 months after submitting my request. They ignored my last few emails for an update but I randomly got notification that it shipped. Got my missing Warlock tile as well after 6 months

Roughly three months since I confirmed my address details to Wizkids and not a peep about the replacement Tiamat Aspect that was promised to me.

From where the replacement cycle was effortless and painless, all I can say is oof to how far its fallen.

I've shot back an email today to ask what's the progress on it.

Ooof! That sounds as bad as my experiences with JediShop. Endless waiting for responses.

I realized I forgot to post my issues with Spelljammer, need to find those photos, were on my phone.

Received my Red Wizards and Many Arrows expansion packs today; nice minis, but unfortunately the harengon Stagghar arrived missing an arm.

The latest wave of Onslaught expansions don't appear to be on the replacements website yet, so will wait a week or so to see if it goes up.

I've only had one replacement request made in the past, but interestingly that too was from an Onslaught set; Mistral in the core box was also missing an arm. In both instances the arm had not come loose in transit because it was missing from the box entirely. I wonder if many other forum users have experienced "missing limb syndrome" from Onslaught boxes?

To their credit, the replacement of Mistral was relatively straight forward so I have no reason to expect it won't be the same with Stagghar (assuming they get the parts listed on the website before my 90 day window is up...)

I received a Pit FIend from Descent into Avernus that was missing an arm (of course it was the arm that held the giant scepter in it as well..)
There is none higher.

With WizKids' damaged-item replacement system, can I make a single replacement request for items from more than one product, or do I need to make separate requests? I have a headless Baba Lysaga from the Legends of Barovia box and a wingless Ice Mephit from a Snowbound brick, both purchased recently.

I have not tried that yet, but probably you just need to make one request.
