I haven't used their system in a long while, but I believe it worked that you'd add replacements needed to a 'cart' and can request multiples in a single order.

Haven't done it in a while though, so it might have changed.

Also, still waiting for the replacements team to get back to me 6 months after confirming of my details. So far this debarcle now has been going on... 14 months?
Such a shame as every time in the past, it was a wonderful experience, but this one with my Aspect of Tiamat has really soured the experience.

Kikoli, I know you are not in the USA either, like me. But maybe you could try phoning them? When I had my issue with them not sending one set and the promo with it, I have not gotten any mail responses for weeks, and then my US friend I sent the minis to was nice enough to call them on my behalf, and they immediately sent us a replacement.

Sadly, I too have to report a rather major QC issue now... Was unboxing my Seas & Shores cases, and then I saw this in a booster...

I am guessing no glue was used when assembling the mini, sadly, the head was nowhere in the booster, or the cardboard box, anywhere.
Seeing as this is a Rare, I have mailed Miniaturemarket, I hope they send a replacement.

I have seen the Dilophosaurus without head from Bigby also on mini review video.
Remember that my whistling fiend came without arm.

Wizkids sent a me a new miniature within a few months but free of charge.

Man, that sucks as that is not a cheap Rare.

Also not one but two Locathahs looked like this:

In one case the head was there, as one of the barbels was glued into the neck instead of the peg. On this one though the head was missing.

This being a Common I am not that annoyed. What was far more frustrating is that in my case 2 boosters with a Medium Rare had come with the Rare replacing the Medium Uncommon, not one Common! This set already had too many Medium Uncommons (12), as a result, I got only 2 of a lot of them (Quipper Swarm, Sahuagin Coral Smasher, Water Myrmidon, Aldani, Swashbuckler, Skum).

You should certainly receive recompense for those. Also, the crabs look suspicious.
This is too expensive.

Indeed now that I look at it, both boosters had Giant Crabs...
The other Locathah Hunter whose head came off but was present came with a regular Locathah though...

My Frost Giant Ice Shaper came out of the booster with no axe arm. Real bummer on a high priced huge rare. I haven't reached out to Wizkids yet. I bought the brick through an online deal so its tough to return it.

Well that’s great, MM just redirected me to make a request for a replacement on Wizkids’ site… why they cannot do that themselves, I dunno.
The problem is when I try to select the item type, I cannot even find Seas & Shores on that site…

So after some back and forth, I finally gotten in contact with Wizkids itself, who have updated their replacement website so it contains Seas & Shores, so I could now submit a request for the replacements. Fingers crossed it works!
